Bought a Condo home in 2021 in South ogden, UT.
Jenni has been by my side since pre covid! She has been amazing all these years. Right before covid kicked off we started the process but unfortunately had to stop because of my work in the aerospace industry. She understood and went way beyond just being a realtor, she tried to help me get a good paying job in HVAC and stuck by my side through my whole lay off time. About a year later we started the process again and within a month of starting the process we closed, and it was my first offer when looking. Not only it being a month process she was able to negotiate closing cost be paid by seller during a time when this wasn’t happening and I didn’t have to put extra down like most people were doing, she also got me a 2 year warranty.
